We use all FDA approved neuromodulators, Botox, Xeomin and DysportWrinkle relaxers (regardless of the brand) are prepared from the bacterial toxin botulinum and are used to treat cosmetic concerns such as static and dynamic lines and wrinkles by temporary paralysis of the facial muscles. They are also used to treat certain medical conditions such as migraines, hyperhidrosis (armpit sweating), certain muscle spasms/rigidity, etc.

These are all the different brand names of wrinkle relaxers much like going to the drug store and selecting either Advil, Naproxen, or Ibuprofen. They are all NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) but different brands as different companies own them. As with any drug different patients can have different responses to them and have more benefit from one vs the other.

Wrinkle relaxers work by preventing the release of neurotransmitter acetylcholine from axon endings at the neuromuscular junction which then causes localized non-permanent muscle paralysis. This is used to reduce fine to deep wrinkles and lines by paralyzing the underlying muscles.
The brain will fire a signal to your body to move a particular muscle but with one of the wrinkle relaxers/neuromodulators on board, it blocks the signal your brain is sending to the muscle so it can’t move. The muscles injected with wrinkle relaxer cannot contract due to the localized paralyzing agent. Within a week's time, it causes the lines and wrinkles to soften, relax, reduce, and even disappear in addition to preventing the formation of new ones!
