Dana has been practicing medicine since graduating in 2007. Her background has been in the emergency department and critical care for the last 18 years which she still has a love-hate relationship with and does part-time! She graduated with her nurse practitioner (ARNP) in 2013 from WSU. GO COUGS! After working in the critical care field for a decade she was longing for a change in pace and a desire to learn new techniques! Aesthetics has always been so exciting and intriguing.
She is passionately in love with the world of Aesthetics! She was the former co-founder and co-owner of a thriving Tri-Cities Medspa that has been a well-revered local business for the past five years. Now after having such a successful experience in building and running a leading company, she has followed her dream of owning and creating one of her very own.
She is now the proud Owner, Medical Director, and Founder of Revel Medspa. Being a highly trained and seasoned medical provider, and senior cosmetic injector has been so fulfilling in helping patients to look and feel their best. Alisha has been practicing esthetics for over 12 years. While raising her kids she worked in the restaurant industry for many years. Although she thoroughly enjoyed the customer service aspect, it was time for a change.
At 30ish she decided to go back to school and pursue her dream career in skin care. In 2012 she earned her master esthetics license at Victoria’s Academy. From the start of her esthetics journey, Alisha knew she wanted to provide both the medical and relaxation aspects of esthetics.

Dr. Edward Lisenbey has been practicing medicine since graduating in 2009 from emergency medicine residency from St Luke’s Medical center in Bethlehem Pennsylvania after graduating medical school at OHSU in 2006. He is an American board certified emergency room physician with His background being in the emergency department and critical care for the last 16 years.
With a strong background of anatomy and over a decade and a half of using ultrasound therapy he is highly skilled the Ultherapy (ultrasound) non surgical face lift. With an eye for detail and a gentle touch he has been working alongside his wife at Revel Medspa to provide the highest quality of aesthetic care and treatments to their patients.
When Dr. Lisenbey is not providing direct patient care, you will find him being a jack of all trades from a pilot, guitarist, baseball coach, master chef of the family, being a Dana whisperer, and an amazing dad to two very active highschool boys! We are very excited to have him as part of our Revel family providing Great skill and humor!
