Dana has been practicing medicine since graduating in 2007. Her background has been in the emergency department and critical care for the last 16 years which she still has a love-hate relationship with and does part-time! She graduated with her nurse practitioner (ARNP) in 2013 from WSU. GO COUGS! After working in the critical care field for a decade she was longing for a change in pace and a desire to learn new techniques! Aesthetics has always been so exciting and intriguing.
She is passionately in love with the world of Aesthetics! She was the former co-founder and co-owner of a thriving Tri-Cities Medspa that has been a well-revered local business for the past five years. Now after having such a successful experience in building and running a leading company, she has followed her dream of owning and creating one of her very own.
She is now the proud Owner, Medical Director, and Founder of Revel Medspa. Being a highly trained and seasoned medical provider, and senior cosmetic injector has been so fulfilling in helping patients to look and feel their best. She is very excited to meet every one of you and make your goals come to life from the inside out.

Alisha has been practicing esthetics for over 10 years. While raising her kids she worked in the restaurant industry for many years. Although she thoroughly enjoyed the customer service aspect, it was time for a change.
At 30ish she decided to go back to school and pursue her dream career in skin care. In 2012 she earned her master esthetics license at Victoria’s Academy. From the start of her esthetics journey, Alisha knew she wanted to provide both the medical and relaxation aspects of esthetics.
When you receive a treatment from her the customer service background shows. Whether it be a laser treatment or customized facial, you will experience exceptional results and a relaxing and personalized experience.

Cosmetic Injector | ARNP
Rochelle moved to the Tri-Cities in 2014 from Tucson, Arizona, where she earned degrees in both Respiratory Therapy and Nursing. It was in nursing school that she realized her passion was in the aesthetics industry.
In 2017, she obtained her Aesthetic Injections Certification through the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and has been in the industry ever since. Rochelle graduated as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) from Samford University in 2024.
When it comes to injecting, Rochelle believes it's important to bring out the client's natural beauty, all while never "looking injected." It is her goal to customize a plan alongside each client, to tailor treatments individually, and to create a result that is uniquely you.
In her time outside of work and school, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family and watching Nebraska football. GO BIG RED!!!
